If you’re like me and always leaving everything for the last-minute then these Mini Bunny Donuts post is definitely for you! It’s Friday and Easter is on Sunday and I’m trying to cram in all the Easter activities I can! From painting eggs to decorating cookies, I haven’t done a thing! But lucky for you these Mini Bunny Donuts are super easy and fun and you can knock ’em out in just a few minutes!
Here’s what you’ll need :
Make a quick trip to your local grocery store and grab :
- A pack of Mini Powdered Donuts
- White Icing
- Pink Candy Coated Chocolatey Pearls (any round pink candy will be fine…M&Ms, Skittles, Sixlets…)
- Bunny Ears ( I got these in Walmart but if you can’t find them then you could definitely make your own with either marshmallows or even just construction paper and toothpicks. Make it a little craft activity with the kids)
Step 1 – Take each Donut and place some Icing in the Donut Hole, this is so that the candy doesn’t easily fall out
Step 2 – Place the candy on top of the Icing
Step 3 – Insert Bunny Ears into Donut ( If you’re using these exact Bunny Ears or anything that involves a toothpick you want to cut it a little smaller so that the pick doesn’t come out the other end )
AND VOILA!!!!!
Seriously How CUTE are these Mini Bunny Donuts?????
MJ ate these up in seconds!!! After her usual “Aw MOMMY this is so cute!” LOL If you have babies and/or toddlers just be prepared to clean up a lot after they devour the donuts lol! If you give this a try don’t forget to tag me! Happy Easter and as always Thanks For Reading!
